Apostle Gloria McDuffey

Apostle Gloria McDuffey is the Founder and Senior Pastor of  TAM (Transformation Apostolic Ministries) Center, located in Henderson, North Carolina. She has been submitted to the leadership of Apostle Blanche “Dottie” Anderson of International House of Prayer in Philadelphia, PA, for more than 30 years. Apostle McDuffey and TAM Center are also under the spiritual covering of Apostle John Tetsola of Ecclesia Word International Ministries in Bronx, NY. She is the mother of one daughter and the grandmother of one grandson.

Apostle McDuffey continues to minister in states across the country and has had the privilege of preaching the Gospel in Israel. She has been used by God to minister so that souls are saved, healed, and delivered. With a passion for equipping and empowering believers, she is dedicated to teaching and training men, women, and children to see themselves through God’s eyes and walk in their divine purpose.

Apostle McDuffey’s desire is for individuals to be truly transformed (Romans 12:1-2), set free by the authority of God’s Word, and to grow into mature believers in the Kingdom of God. As part of this vision, she established Transformation Apostolic Ministries as a vehicle to minister to the Body of Christ.

As of 2025, Transformation Apostolic Ministries has established locations in New York, South Carolina, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, impacting lives and advancing the Kingdom of God.
